FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1.- How early should I arrive?

For members, we ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes before class to ensure proper set up.

For new members, we ask that you arrive at least 20 minutes before class time so our team can help you set up your equipment.

We release reserved spots two minutes before class for our waitlist. If you are running late, please let our studio know so we hold your spot from waitlisted members. Out of respect to our members and coaches, we do not allow anyone into classes after 5 minutes.

2.- What is your membership cancellation policy?

All of our memberships are recurring and require a three-month minimum commitment, with the exception of our 6-month and annual options. Cancelations require a 30-day notice in email correspondence. By canceling, guests forfeit any promotional discounts that they have received.

To freeze their account, unlimited memberships are allowed a one (1) courtesy, one (1) month maximum freeze after their three-month minimum commitment. For additional freezes, please contact our studio.

3.-What kind of shoes do I need for class?

For new riders, we offer complimentary URBAN Delta spin shoes for your first class. After your first ride, you can either rent a pair of shoes for $2 or buy your own pair of Tiem shoes for $125.

For members bringing their own shoes, our bikes are compatible with both Delta and SPD cleats. If you wish to wear tennis shoes, we ask that you call our studio and notify us of this request at least 1 hour before class time.

4.-What is your late cancel / no-show policy?

After booking, guests have up to 8 hours before class time to cancel/modify without any penalties. In the case of an emergency, please contact our studio so we can accommodate accordingly.

After this 8 hour window, any cancelations or “no shows” will result in credit packs losing their credit and unlimited/recurring memberships incurring a $10 late cancel and $25 no-show fee.

5.- Do you provide water and towels?

Yes! We provide complimentary class towels and filtered water. For members looking to purchase other drinks, we offer Celsius energy drinks and water bottles.

6.- How does the waitlist work?

Our waitlist offers members a chance to book classes at full capacity. If someone in the class cancels, our software automatically adds waitlisted people into the class (in order of booking, accordingly).

Waitlisted spots are also released two (2) minutes before class in case booked members do not show up.

7.- When can I sign up for class?

Our schedule is released every Sunday at 12 pm for unlimited members first.

For any other recurring credit memberships or credit pack holders, our schedule is released every Sunday at 4 pm.
